Terms and Conditions
Booking
For up to15 people, we require 24 hours notice.
For 15 - 25 people, we require 48 hours notice.
For over 25 people, we would like a minimum of 5 working days' notice.
For larger parties, please call 07947922260 for details.
Cancellation
If we receive notification of a cancellation more than 24 hours before the event, there is no charge.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the event, there is a 50% charge.
We are happy to alter buffet items up to 24 hours before the event.
We reserve the right to substitute items of an equal or greater value if the items ordered are not available.
Payment
Payment is required in full a minimum of 5 days before your event. If paying by cheque please allow 3 working days clearance, taking this into consideration.
Cash payments are also acceptable.
Please note.
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure the food is either stored at the correct temperature, or consumed within 2 hours of delivery. We can and will not accept any responsibility for food spoilage if these recommendations have not been followed.
Your buffet will come with white paper plates & napkins, and will be served on stainless steel platters, china plates & glass bowls. While we do not charge a deposit, any loss or breakages will be charged accordingly.
